It was very easy to install, I went on YouTube just to make sure I wouldn't screw it up because I have zero experience with anything mechanical. I'm going to art school this september and needed a computer for internet, word processing, just storage for pictures, and webcam (which i stil need to figure out a program to use with) because I'll be about 600 miles away from family. It has worked perfectly, 5 minutes out of the box I was on facebook. The battery is spectacular, and the key board didn't take any time getting used to, and of course it is a very cute/cool little gadget. The speakers actually quite impressed me, so also good on that part. I truly have no complaints with it.
